There is a special meeting of Council tonight, Monday, December 14th to be held in the Council Chambers of Northwest Community College at 7:30 Pm.

The meeting begins with three readings of a bylaw to modernize the language in the bylaws which discusses manufactured home parks.

This is followed by a presentation by Leonard Kerkhoff on the topic of the Riverbrook Manufactured Home Park Rezoning Application and a presentation by Lani Gibson on having a Cable Car Playground. It is recommended the Riverbrook Estates rezoning is given first reading.

There is a Development Permit Application for a 40 unit town house complex on Kingfisher and an application for Council to approve a zoning amendment application to increase the maximum building height for residential dormitories from Horizon North.
