The expansion of the Kitimat Fire Mountain Shooting Range is now complete.

The Kitimat Fire Mountain Shooting Range required expanding to accommodate the increase of new users.

The Kitimat Fire Mountain Shooting Club on behalf of our members and public users wishes to recognize and thank the following for their contribution to the project.

BIG Shout Out to Local 97 Ironworkers whom showed up and kept coming out until the iron was up. Thanks guys.

The land work was further funded by request of the shooting club by the DOK. The range was widened to utilize the extended building and additional shooting positions. Thanks to club president John Kennedy for directing the work and enduring the cold and Wikita Construction for getting it done. Watch for new benches and an incredible swinging gong arrangement at 200m, 300m, & 400m compliments of Stewart at KITIMAT IRON and member volunteers. Thanks Guys!

All users of the range are asked to read and obey all posted Range Safety Rules. This is a user maintained facility, please clean up when finished and treat it with pride and respect. Enjoy your expanded recreation facility.
