Kitimat Marlin Swim Club
The Kitimat Marlins swim club had 15 swimmers attend the first regional swim meet of the year in Prince Rupert over the weekend. Leading the way for the Marlins was Gabriel Lamarre (12). Competing in the 11-12 boys division Lamarre swam to 100 % personal best times on his way to the silver medal in overall points.
In the 11-12 girls division Hannah Pearson (11) who just aged up from the 10 and under division took the bronze medal in the 11-12 girls division.
Kleanza Cathers (13) continued her long run of regional swim meet medals with a bronze medal in the 13-14 girls division.
