Monday, October 14th

Tuesday, October 15th

Kitimat City Council holds a Committee of the Whole Meeting at 7:30 Pm at their Council Chambers. The item of note relates to the airport Shuttle Service.

Wednesday, October 16th

Jane Stevenson’s new book, A Trail of Two Telegraphs, is a fascinating collection of historic tales that portray the strong pioneering spirit of BC’s rugged North from Prince George to Prince Rupert. In A Trail of Two Telegraphs, Jane combines tantalizing new tales with stories from her popular history column published in Northword magazine. This richly illustrated collection is guaranteed to satisfy anyone who loves a good yarn. Join us for her book launch, reading and slide show presentation. Friday, October 18th

Woody Holler and his Orchestra will be playing at Mount Elizabeth Theatre at 8:00 Pm. Tickets are $27 for adults, $25 for Seniors and $17 for students.

Saturday, October 19th

There is a Free Workshop for Tenants from 10 Am-3Pm at the Northwest Community College.

The Luso Canadian Association Ladies Auxiliary will be holding their Fall Bazaar from 12 pm to 3 pm at the Luso Hall.

Sunday, October 20th

There is a Free Workshop for Landlords from 10 Am-3Pm at the Northwest Community College.

From 11 am to 9 pm, the 34th Annual Aluminium City Telethon will be raising funds for the Kitimat Community Foundation. The funds will be going to not for profit organizations in the community. The theme this year is Kitimat's Got Talent. Do not forget to tune in.
