Kitimat City Council meets tonight, Monday, October 7th at 7:30 pm for their Regular Meeting of Council at the Council Chambers in North West Community College.

The only presentation comes from John Kennedy, presenting on an expansion of the shooting range.

After approving a lot of minutes from Septembers meetings, there is a motion from Councillor Phil Germuth regarding reviewing the hours of operation for the landfill and that the District work to re-open the landfill on Tuesdays.

Under bylaws, the final adoption of the Parking of Recreational Vehicles on residential property comes before Council.

There are four reports. The first is on the Fire Mountain Shooting Range Expansion. The second comes from a Temporary Use Permit from Kitimat LNG. The statement of accounts from August 2013 comes next followed by a verbal report on the September Library Board Meeting from Councillor Germuth.
