The Kitimat Museum and Archives Summer Program held their summer wrap up parties on Thursday August 15th at Radley Park and Friday, August 16th at Hospital Beach.

“We’re just having our final end parties for our summer program to wrap it up and we’re having pizza, bounce Castle, face paint scavenger hunts, relays and frog hunts,” said Desiree Earl

The summer activities went well. They had a good turnout of kids. The most popular events included their craft day with guest artist Noreen Spence. The trips to services around town, particularly the hospital were also popular.
The Great Toad Hunt starts the event. Children move amfibians from the area which they will be using to the patch of trees near by.
