The Art of Emily Christiansen

A series of paintings that are inspired by living in our northern community. Encompassed by mountains, an ocean channel and a salmon river, Emily Chrisitiansen has been motivated by the environment that has shaped who she is.

The landscape and the feeling of being intrinsically connected are unlike anywhere else she has been. Emily is most inspired by unusually lighting created in the sky over water and mountains. Location: Kitimat Museum & Archives
