Kitimat City Council meets tonight, on Monday, December 17th for their Regular Meeting of Council in the Council Chambers in the Public Safety Building. After last week’s 9 hours of Council Meetings, this meeting appears relatively short.

There is one presentation, Staff Sargent Phil Harrison with his Monthly Policing Report. There is a 2nd bylaw reading for Accessory structure bylaw.

Under reports, there is a report on a fireworks grant, the option to host the 2013 Coy Cup, A temporary Building Permit from Rio Tinto Alcan for a 6-Wide Trailer and Green House Gas Reduction Policies. There is also Pre-budget approval for several items, LNG tax reclassification and the Statement of accounts for November.
