PF, Pizzeria and Bistro held their grand opening on Saturday, June 16th in their new location, right next to their old location. Customers had a chance to sample some appetisers and get a good look at the new menu.

“Pretty well everything [has changed]. The location, the look, the menu, more staff… it’s a totally different place,” said Ron Lechner.

Pizza is still on the menu and long time customers will see their favourite flavours are still there. The pizza menu has expanded to include international themed pizzas as well. The list includes: Butter Chicken, Chipotle Chicken and an artisan Pizza with a thin crust and fancier cheeses.

For the last couple of months, Ron and Jenny Lechner have sampled food at other restaurants to garner inspiration for their menu. Additions to the menu are trendier food: Beef burger with Guacamole spread, Sage Apple Pork burger and Asiago Cheese Asparagus Chicken sandwich.

Also new to the menu are a wide selection of appetisers including deep fried pickles, Riblets, Ginger Beef and Calamari. Another big change is the restaurant is open for Breakfast 7 days a week.

“[We’ve received] really good feedback, everybody’s really excited, they’re excited about the new look, it’s eye-catching, the colours. We’ve tried to spice things up a bit,” said Lechner. “Come on down and have a taste of our new menu items.”

I'm just wondering if they have had new menus printed or if there is a link online because when I went in there on thursday the take out menu hadnt changed
