Family Literacy Day has come and gone. On January 27th, a multicultural reading took place in the mall. On January 28th, a fun skate took place at Kitimat Ice Rink.
“We have a reader from the Nisga'a Nation who is going to tell the story of the Oolichan. We have someone who is going to tell a story in Afrikaans. We have someone coming who is going to tell a story in Filipino. We of course have French and English and there are a few more,” said Liz MacDonald.
