The next question was, in reflection, where they could have been more respectful to their Councillors and what they could do differently. Jim Thom was asked what he could reflect on when he was a Councillor.

Thom it was fun. Council was a team and they were as different as it could be. They were loud and there were some heated meetings. However, they were respectful.

Randy Halyk said he made some errors and he will stand behind them. He believes respect is important and inclusiveness and camaraderie is good for all teams. If he was elected Mayor, he would work as a team as opposed to anything else.

Joanne Monaghan said she made mistakes, she is not perfect. She would retaliate to insolence and she learned not to do that. She does not do that anymore.
