REPORTING · 6th November 2011
Walter McFarlane
The ninth speaker was John Pacheco. He promised to keep his speech short.

”Kitimat Council needs change, I have been hearing this for a long time from many of my co-workers with young families, I hear all the complaints, nothing positive. Once Council decided flushed $15,000 down the toilet towards Terrace’s Shames Mountain, that was it,” said Pacheco.

He said he represents the best interests of Kitimat, to put the community first and not represent the best interests of other communities.
