The Kitimat Dynamics Gymnastics Club has fully begun its 2011 - 2012 Season. We believe that gymnastics is the basics to all sports and other activities. It is a healthy way of promoting fun and positive ways to keep fit.

We build on strong bodies and minds, self-esteem and promote a healthy competitive spirit. We teach independence as well as teamwork and we are always looking for new enthusiastic members to join our club!

We have two registration sessions – the beginning of Sept for the fall programs and again in Dec for the new year/winter set. We have approximately 35-40 Competitive registered gymnasts in the categories of Boys Comp, Comp 1, Comp II, Comp North, Pre-Comp and Tumblebunnies.

We also have approximately 100 recreational registrants in the categories of Boys Badge, Girls Badge 10+, Girls Badge 6-9, Kindergym, Parent&Tot, Gymnaestrada, Teen conditioning and Home school. We have also added two new programs under Competitive – High School Girls and High School Boys.

We are active with our club members and participate in as many Meets as possible throughout the year. Competitions allow our gymnasts to build on their skills and strengths in a natural gym setting – against other competitors within similar age and skill categories.

This exposure provides our athletes with the ability to be recognized for their performance; build on their strengths and encourage their development in their training fundamentals. We participate throughout the North West in Terrace, Smithers, Prince George, Delta and of course at home in Kitimat.

We can be reached at Kitimat Dynamics Gymnastics Club (250) 632- 6733 or by email at gymnast,,, Our club contact is Head Coach - Angela Pitzel.
