Sujitra’s Suds and Seams celebrated there 15th anniversary in Kitimat on Saturday, June 25th with cake and goodies to thank their customers.
“We opened a laundrymat in May, 1996,” said Terry Smeader. “We just had a little store. We had just 8 front load machines and a half a dozen top load machines. In 1998, Jim Thom decided to expand on the building so we took the extra square footage and that’s where we led into getting into the dry cleaning business.”
He thanked all of his customers for sticking with them and specially thanked his wife because: “You’re nothing without a good partner.”
