Council meets tonight, Monday April 4th at 7:30 Pm in the public safety building. There are four presentations scheduled and a multitude of reports.

The first presentation is by the Mount Elizabeth Secondary School Parent Advisory Council on the MESS Court Renovation Project. Margaret Sanou is scheduled next with a report from the retire Kitimat Task Force on the Edmonton Boat and Sportsmen’s Show. Vickey Kokesch from the Kitimat Snowflake Community Fairground is speaking on Bull-O-Rama. Finally, Leon Dumstrey-Soos has the topic: Radiation.

Under motions, there is the appointment to advisory committee. It is followed by giving the Advisory Committee for Person’s with Disabilities three readings.

Reports include sponsorship for the Bull-O-Rama, the Hill Climb and a travel grant for Fastball. A pair of Temporary Industrial Use Permits. Afterwards, a request for access by License of occupation to the RCMP, Transferring money to the Fire Department for a Quint and the financial plan. These are followed by a pooper scooper bylaw, transit issues and meetings and finally, the statement of accounts.

Under Communications is a letter concerning the Court renovation project.
