Alcan faced the Outlaws in the final game of the Weekend Hockey League. The action was furious but in the end, there could only be one winner.
The Outlaws scored first, shortly after 3 minutes in to the first period. Alcan tied the score quickly after. The score remained tied with the Outlaws and Alcan scoring their second goals with less then six minutes to go. The 2-2 score did not last long and quickly became 3-2 in favour of Alcan.
Alcan dominated the second period, ending in their favour, 7-3. However, the game was not over yet and the Outlaws scored 4 more goals in the third period. Unfortunately for the Outlaws, Alcan shot three more goals past their goaltender for a final score of 10-7.
