Presentations start with Staff Sergeant Steve Corp and the Monthly policing report for August. Dieter Wagner wishes to address the National Energy Board Hearings Rally. Debby Rajala wishes to speak on Kitimat’s Garbage. Eleanor Kendall has the topic of Peace Day. Barry Pankhurst speaks to bussing.
After approving minutes, there are 5 reports. One is a report on a nuisance property. There is an application for a TINUP and a TECUP renewal. There is a report on the Kitimat Transit Annual Operating Agreements and the statement of Accounts for August.
The communications section of the meeting includes the letter from Rajala and a letter from the city of Prince Rupert with a proposal to convert the commercial fleet hatchery to sports species.
