Dear Minister Falcon,
I am a person with MS for the last twenty eight years. I do not wish MS to control my life.
Why is this government making the choice to make those of us who suffer from MS wait for testing for the Zamboni study? I should be able to make the choice myself as to whether or not I want to go ahead with this procedure.
The problem is that a lot of us who have remitting/relapsing wish to have it stopped before it gets to the chronic progressive stage. You have to allow us to have hope. We should no have to go to Alberta or other countries to have this procedure. We live in BC, pay taxes and we are led to believe we are entitled to medical services and procedures in our own province and country.
I am looking forward to the baby steps I will be making in the future, walker free and hope that you will assist me in making this possible.
