There is a travel request grant to the Western Canadian Fastball Championships, a request for Council to endorse the UBCM funding of a wild fire plan, the deposition of 187 7th street and the statement of accounts.
There are only three Communications. Council has received a letter from Gordon Campbell inviting them to UBCM, The Canadian Union of Postal Workers addresses the future of Canada Post and The Royal Canadian Legion has contacted Council about the Veterans Ad for 2010.
At the last Committee of the whole meeting, Councillor Randy Halyk had three pieces of new business which had to be put off to another meeting. With this meeting tonight, he should have an opportunity to bring them up.
