Tamitik Arena was packed for the Bull-O-Rama on Saturday, June 12. Though the bulls and the riders were spectacular there were many things going on.

The opening ceremony called the cowboys out into the arena where they were lit with pyrotechnics by Rick Jones. Explosions sounded and tickertape rained down on the unsuspecting audience.

Through out the event, the crowd was treated to the comedy styling’s of the Coppertown Clown who used a variety of props to keep the crowd entertained between rides. During the intermission, The Muttley Crew performed for the people of Kitimat.

The stands were full of faces from around town and even some who were not. The Red Hat Ladies were out in force occupying an entire section of stands at the edge of the arena and coming from all parts of BC… But it was the bulls and cowboys who were the stars of the show…
