The latest exhibit opened at the Kitimat Museum and Archives on Wednesday June 16th. The exhibit is “Do You See What I See,” the art of Wendy Hagen-Dennill
”The exhibit is: “Do you see what I see?” because people see things differently in the world. So what one person sees in aspect might be totally different. I hope that what people see when they look at my paintings is that I paint with emotion, more so then anything else they see when they look at my work,” said Hagen Hagen-Dennill .
Hagen-Dennill‘s art is mostly abstract with bright colours, acrylic and water colour. She uses different mediums, such as rice paper water colour paper and linen. This is her first showing of art although she has been painting for a long time. She started drawing when she was 6 years old.
