Kitimat’s Vitality Centre held their grand opening on March 13th and 14th with an open house where the people of Kitimat could come in and take a tour of their new facilities. The renovations started back in June and a spectacular renovation project has added life to the down town core.

“This is our big grand opening. We took several months to get to where we can actually open our doors and let people in so we really wanted to share with the community so they can actually see our facility and maul through it and we can take the time to brag about what we’ve done,“ said Andrea De Sousa, Manager.

The new spa offers varying services from Tanning to massage therapy, relaxing, body wraps, saunas and of course, their front store.  In addition, they have created a multipurpose room for Yoga Classes, as well as seminars.

“We love our new location. It’s perfect, easy to get to and visible for people to see.  There is lots of light, lots of windows which makes it a lot more refreshing for us.  People like our environment here.  It’s been quite well received and they really like being in here as well,” said De Sousa.
