The Canadian Cancer Society’s Daffodil Campaign will be kicking off March 18 with the introduction of a new daffodil pin. British Columbians are being asked to “join the fight” and show their support for those who are on a cancer journey by wearing the daffodil pin.
“If you know someone on a cancer journey, the daffodil pin provides an opportunity for you to show your support for them,” said Renate Cole
Starting March 18 look for pins at businesses throughout Kitimat “We do everything we can to prevent cancer, save lives and support those living with cancer,” says Renate Cole. “Giving courageously will help prevention, research and support efforts.”
Cut flowers will also be available March 25,26,27, “I want to thank Kitimat for its past support of our Daffodil Campaign,” added Renate Cole, “Thanks to that support, the Canadian Cancer Society has more impact against cancers in more communities than any other cancer charity in Canada .”
