Well, the snow is going away and what’s been covered all winter is now becoming visible. For those of you who remember, last year it was poop. This year, garbage. The gully between Shopper's and SuperValu has been turned into a trash receptical during the winter time.

How can we even begin to tackle global warming when we collectively generate litter like this, global warming reversal truly starts at home.
This Happens Every Year.

This is quite normal. It is not unique to Kitimat. During the mild months, the district is very diligent in keeping Kitimat clean. Unfortunately, after the snow melts from the winter, any trash that is deposited and buried during the winter, becomes uncovered. For sure it is unsightly, but the city workers will have this cleaned up as soon as it is safe to do so. Kitimat has a great crew.

The garbage between the drugstore and Super Valu is indicitive of the winter wind depositing ,and snowclearing .The municipal employees will attend to this in due course, ie;when safe to do so .Still freezing and snowing.

That about says it all! There are lots of trash cans around. Why don't people use them?
