Give a meaningful gift to the people on your list this holiday season and stuff their stockings with gifts from the Canadian Cancer Society's (CCS) first-ever Holiday Gift Catalogue: Wish List: Hope Renewed. The catalogue, available in print and on-line, provides holiday shoppers with a unique and convenient way of giving a gift of hope in honour of their friends and family members.

For every gift order, the CCS will send you a special gift card to give to your loved one this holiday season. Each gift gives individuals an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of people living with cancer. Convenient e-cards are also available on-line!

"Each gift of hope represents a step forward in the fight against cancer and supports leading edge research, prevention strategies and support services," says Cathy Adair, VP Cancer Control Canadian Cancer Society B.C. and Yukon. "A donation through the catalogue is a symbolic gesture that makes a difference. It can be a gift for someone who has everything or in honour of loved ones living with cancer.”

Wish List: Hope Renewed showcases more than 15 different gift options to support patients undergoing cancer treatments, research, and prevention initiatives. The 11-page catalogue highlights gift-giving ideas at different prices including:

A complete personal support pack which provides a package of information, a personal contact who is undergoing similar treatment as well as transportation to a medical centre ($100).

Family Support Kit - the kit includes important information for the family through the Cancer Information Service and caring support through CancerConnection ($85).

Send a Kid to Camp - Your gift covers the cost of a day at the Canadian Cancer Society's Camp Goodtimes. This gift provides an empowering summer experience for children, teens and families living with cancer ($110).

One night stay at a lodge for patients who have to travel long distances for their treatment so they can stay somewhere that feels like home ($40).

A complete wig package including complimentary wig cleaning, styling and fitting services ($35).
